We needed a last minute furnished apartment for a month for our son's internship in Nashville in July/August, 2021. The unit we rented through Pinnacle was incredible. The building was brand new and in one of the best parts of Nashville. The furnishings and amenities were top notch, certainly nicer than any apartment I ever rented! Working with Collin was seamless and professional. The flexibility they allowed us greatly appreciated. All in all, a 100% positive experience. I would rent with them again in a heartbeat. PF Suites gets my highest recommendation!

I am very pleased with the excellent service and concern that my wife and I received when staying at the enV in Chicago. The arrangements and ease of getting our keys and access were terrific. The apartment was beautiful and very clean. The location is great and walking distance to many restaurants and the theatre district. The Ryan staff was very helpful in getting an issue with the cable tv fixed very quickly. The front desk staff at the enV were friendly and professional.

73 E. Lake is in an excellent location for what I'm looking for..walkable distance to restaurants, River Walk, Art Institute , theaters and other activities. The apartment is modern and new and well maintained. I like the workout facility and the rooftop city views. It's a mostly young crowd here and are friendly. - Via TrustPilot

I highly recommend Pinnacle to anyone looking for short-term housing. My wife, 2.5 year old daughter and I, needed to find a fully furnished place to stay as we waited for our new construction home to be completed. Steve helped me throughout my search and found us a perfect fit. The Junior 1 Bedroom apartment he reserved for us was awesome! The place was equipped with modern day appliances, included Internet, Utilities, and was very clean. The building amenities were unreal and included an outdoor pool/hot tub, theater room among other things.

Connor was the other Pinnacle representative I worked with throughout my stay. Him and Steve went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. They went as far as removing a few pieces of furniture (coffee tables) in order to maximize the space and make it a bit more kid friendly for my daughter. I can’t say enough about their prompt responses to just about anything I threw their way. Thanks again guys!

All about the studio that we had during August 2015 was great. The location of the building is incredible, just beside the CTA Brown Line, 2 minutes walk from the riverwalk, 10 minutes walk from the Magnificent Mile. The studio itself is very comfortable for one person or a couple, local staff is very polite and helpful. Pinnacle Furnished Suites really did a great job in making me fell at home!

Highly recommend renting from Pinnacle Furnished Suites!!! I was looking for a short term rental furnished apartment, I called PFS and Matt who promptly answered my phone call was able to show me the unit at the One Eleven that same day, when I saw the apartment and all the amenities I thought that was exactly what I was looking for so I filled the easy application and signed a rental agreement that same afternoon. My experience from the rental was excellent and really flawless, Matt is very friendly and attentive person who takes care of the client and makes sure your needs are met. The studio was top of the line furnished, amazing views, excellent service and had everything you need in an apartment, you just have to bring your own clothes! Next time I'm back to Chicago will definitely rent from PFS!

Each summer for the last 7 I have rented fully furnished in Chicago. The place that I have been renting for the last several years was rented for a long term lease thus leaving me to start from scratch. I sent a general housing inquiry and not 10 minutes later my phone rang and it was Matt. He did a great job of uncovering what my needs were and presented an amazing option for me. I signed within 24 hours (site unseen) not only because the place (73 E Lake) is great but because Matt answered all of my questions and concerns in a friendly, professional and very timely manner and his follow through was amazing. I will tell you that I have received numerous calls now from all sorts of people almost 2 weeks later asking me if I am still in need of a place and I gladly tell them no and that they missed the boat! I,too, am in the business of selling accommodations (the hotel business) and understand how important speed to market, listening to the needs of the customer and following through are. Matt is a master at this. There are good amount of people in my network that periodically ask me about renting fully furnished. The pricing is exceptional for the kind of furnished housing this company offers in Chicago. Matt and Steve were AMAZING with communication at Pinnacle! I travel 52 weeks a week with the Broadway show WICKED and since I needed a place for 7 weeks...they made it SO easy and affordable. My wonderful studio was only a 7 min walk to work which was very helpful being so close during the winter time in Chicago. I couldn't recommend this company anymore! :-)

Very clean and safe environment Very clean and safe environment. Would recommend because overall experience was great. The only thing that was disappointing was the elevator went down twice and caused wait time. But again overall stay was excellent.
